Introduction
TravelJoy enables you to offer multiple options for hotels, activities, and more to your Smart Proposals. This feature allows your clients to view all options in one place and approve their preferred choices seamlessly.Â
Follow these steps to add options to Smart Proposals:Â
1. Create a smart proposal. If you're unsure how, see this guide for instructions.Â
2. Click "Add Section" and then toggle "Yes" to offer options:

3. Underneath the section, add the various options you want to offer:

4. Preview the Smart Proposal to see the options from your client's view:Â

That's it! Share the Smart Proposal with your client so they can choose their options for their trip. Clients must select at least one option per section but can choose multiple if they wish. Once they have made their selections, they can approve the proposal. Any unapproved items will be hidden from their view.
After the proposal has been approved and converted into an itinerary, options will no longer be available, even if it is converted back to a Smart Proposal.

yes nice feature . Do you have a simpler Itinerary design ? the one i've used on this site is nice but my clients have said its too big. I like adding the pictures but if there is a way to keep this one and make a copy of it to a simple line item itinerary without photos for clients so review at a glance on their phones with just the important info would be nice.

This is great! Just PLEASE make it responsive on mobile. As of now proposals and group pages look so awful on mobile they're not even usable.Â

Thank you! I love the new feature and used it today. I may have missed it, but it would be useful to be able to show cost differences. For example - I did an itinerary for Italy that has 3 hotels in 3 cities. I used the new feature and they now have 6 hotels in 3 cities, 2 in each city. The need to select which hotel they want in each city. It would be awesome if they could see the prices differences of each offering. Like this hotel will increase the total trip by $139, or this selection will decrease the price by $30. Thanks for the new feature!!!
It would be nice if you could make the prices appear like on the group booking page so that when clients see options they also see the different options prices. I have already use the new feature but find myself listing the different price points in the items description. Also wish the deposits payment could be under supplier vs direct. I never send clients a direct invoice because I don’t want them to pay the convenience fee nor do I want to pay it for them.
Love this new feature. I do a lot of AI resorts and to be able to show different room upgrades for the client to choose from is great, but it would be nice to show a price difference in each upgrade. Right now I put the price difference in the Confirmation Number area, once they have chosen I then go in and remove it for that area and add it to the main page on the smart proposal. But adding a price line in each option would be great. Â
trying to add cruise options doesn't seem to work, is it me? After adding the second cruse the option to select disappears
I love the smart proposals. However, I agree sometimes there's way too many pictures. And, I no longer add more than one hotel to a proposal because TJ aggregates the total to the customer. I sent a proposal with 3 hotels and all the client saw was $3,000. The figures weren't broken down by hotel. That's would be huge fix
Yes!! That is a huge problem. The client has to exit , close the link and start all over to get toe correct total per hotel selection. It's annoying
