You can quickly resend a message in TravelJoy by locating the message you'd like to resend, clicking the three dots at the bottom-right corner of the message, and choosing the "Resend" option:
Upon doing so, you will be asked whether to send the message using your custom email account or via messaging@traveljoy.com.
If you are resending the message because the client has had trouble receiving it, sending via our messaging account may help your message reach the client more effectively in some cases.

Where does it show that you resent it, once you do?
Hi Sonja Saponara thank you for your question! At this time, there is not a feature available for viewing this type of email data, however, I think this would be a great option to have and I'll be happy to share this with the team!Â
how do I send the reminder via your messaging account?

when the message resends, does it create a new email on the clients end with the updated time/date? or is it a forwarded email?
