When you send a message to a client in TravelJoy, the message will automatically contain some information at the top to help the recipient better understand some key details:
This header cannot be modified or removed, as it serves a number of important purposes.
Lets the recipient know how to reply
Clients can either click the "Reply" button in the body of the message or reply directly using their email app of choice. This first line lets the recipient know that they do not have to click the internal "Reply" button, often saving the client time.
Reminds the recipient that replies may not be private
Within any given trip, the message feed is a public resources, available to all members of that trip. The second line of this message helps the recipient remember that they are not just replying to you. This can help immensely in cases where part of the trip is designed to be a surprise for a fellow traveler.
Clarifies which trip the message references
When a client has multiple trips, it may be easy to mix up conversations. The third line of this message confirms the name of the trip with the client so that they may read the contents of the message with that important context.
