I would like to delete a message fromy my Group's history page
Hello,
I would like to know if I can clean up my history of messages sent to my group. In the initial planning stages, a different cruise sailing date was selected and there are messages to the wrong ship and sail date, as well as promotional messages in the history on May 3, June 11th and June 20th of 2022. I inadvertently sent these out to a new member of the group and had to correct my error and limit confusion. Is there an option to clean up the history?

It's important to note that messages, once sent, cannot be unsent as they are delivered to your client's mailbox almost instantaneously. If you'd like to clean up the message thread when viewing on TravelJoy, you can click the three dots on the bottom right-hand corner of the message and select "Delete" from the menu that appears:
