Mobile Site or App for Clients
Hi There,
I was wondering if there are plans to develop an app or mobile site for consumers? Many of my clients are younger and would prefer an electronic rather than paper itinerary.
Warmly,

I'm happy to share that the Itineraries by TravelJoy app is now available for Android and Apple devices!
Check out a quick introduction video at the top of our Itineraries by TravelJoy FAQ.

Hi April,
Thank you for reaching out!
It's important to note that TravelJoy is already a free web-based app that can be accessed from anywhere you have a wifi connection. The travelJoy website also adapts to many different screen sizes. This applies to both TravelJoy users and their clients who are looking to access the content you've created for them. All they have to do is click on the links from the emails you send them, and they can immediately access all documents without the need to download a mobile app from the app store.

Hello,
Yes, you can pull up the TravelJoy information up on the web. However, the suggested process to get to this information is not seamless if you require clients to have to hunt through all their emails to find the link they are looking for. When a client is traveling, many things can go awry including not remembering/recalling what the email is that contains the link they are looking for. This is a poor user experience IMHO.
One of the values we bring as a travel advisor is to make our clients' trip as seamless and convenient as possible. Asking them to flag or remember an email to access their information is one more hurdle they have to overcome.
I am currently on a trial version of Travel Joy and although I like a lot of things about your software, including the dashboard/workflow approach, the messaging capabilities, your itinerary format is better looking than that of Travefy. But I am hesitant to convert to a paid subscription, upon hearing that there doesn't appear to be plans for a mobile app, which would centralize all client information at their fingertips vs. hunting for individual email threads. I would strongly urge the Travel Joy team to reconsider this approach. Thank you for your consideration.

I am thinking that not having an app is a deal breaker. I just signed up on a monthly basis but am debating canceling. If there was an app, it would be a different scenario. Would love to see this

Hey everyone!
We really appreciate the feedback around better mobile access, including streamlined ways for your clients to locate their itinerary, invoices, and other files. All of these suggestions have been shared with our product team and are being taken into consideration!
In the meantime, I do want to share a couple of workarounds that may be helpful today:
- Clients who want ongoing access to an invoice can bookmark the invoice in their browser
- For itineraries, they can also click the "Download" button for an offline-viewable version
- Agents who want to access TravelJoy from their phone with a click can create a shortcut
While the above workarounds may not solve every need, I hope that these options will prove helpful while we continue to focus on building the tools you need to make life easier for both you are your clients. Thanks again for your suggestions!

I'm following this as I also use travefy. The ability to have the mobile app used "offline" by clients is a deal breaker. Clients want the ability to access their itinerary on their phone offline, including all contacts etc. Of course being able to go online to update an itinerary, flight info etc is great but for clients who are not often in their hotel and don't want to deal with trying to get coverage in a remote area to figure out the logistics of the day this is really important.
Clients rarely read anything so asking them to go back and click a link or bookmark it is not realistic when they are traveling.
Is there any way you could partner with them for this component vs building it yourself? It seems like collaboration on what you do well and what travefy does well would be useful to many of us.
thanks for your consideration. Kathy
