Is there any type of pre-established survey for clients to take after they return from their trip?
I'm oping to find something generic I could use to collect data.

  Hi Andrea! 

  You can absolutely create one in the TravelJoy template forms. While we don't have the default form for surveys as Marissa mentioned, you can create it to share with your team, duplicate, or edit as you need.   Great question. While we do not have a default template for this, you can create your own custom form template to collect the needed information.

  Would it be possible to create one in the Travel Joy Template area, so we could add/edit, as we do with other forms? Thank You...
