Refund
Hello,
The refund is for myself. I paid you all on 10/6/2023 for my monthly fee. I noticed on my card you all went in and did another transition for a year in the amount of $270.00 on 10/6/2023. I do not want a yearly subscription. I never paid for a yearly prescription. So at this time I am requesting to have that amount refund back to my card please or account. I will continue to pay my monthly amount.
