    Hi Ariel! The Chat button is only being tested during certain hours of the day, so you will not see it on 24/7! :)

    Alan, Great idea, hope it will do well and help you improve customer service! 

    I can't see this feature, is it within the Support button? Is it still in a "pilot" mode for some users?
