Waiting On (Waiting to Travel?)

Hello, 

I wanted to see if there is a way to change the Waiting On Labels. Sometimes, my clients are not waiting for anything, they are just waiting to travel. I think if I had a way to either mark N/A or waiting to travel it would allow me to more efficiently separate those who do not need anything against those who are really waiting for something.
