You can uncheck "show groups" so that you can view all trips individually without seeing the groups. This is what I do to ensure I do not miss anyone.

i've always gotten email notices of replies from all of my clients......unsure if that's something that had to be set up or not,  I don't recall having to set it up, it's just been that way for me from Day 1 of using Travel Joy.

Bruce, I do not have them open automatically as there are so many people it would make the screen very crowded and cluttered. When TJ opens the dashboard has them all closed. If I am working in one and close it, and move on to another file, I do not see when they respond, I have to go back and look for it repeatedly. I think if there was a flag or alert like in email that let us know some kind of activity in a group needed attention, it would be more efficent and keep us from missing client communication we may not have been expecting.

    Venetia,

I do get an email and alert for regular client activity, but even those get drowned out in the sea of dozens of emails every day. I just think a visual reminder that there was some kind of activity within the file or group would be helpful. We could assign colors to the alerts so we know what they mean. Red - payment applied Green Form returned Yellow - new message from a client Purple - task or something like that.. we could lable the colors or even just have two colors Red - new message. Green Payment applied.. Just a thought for fast glance task and communication. In real estate we had that with our clients based on urgency and responce time needs... it was very helpful..
