    I feel you with the not wanting to switch to Tern either. However, TravelJoy is growing as an itinerary builder, when I feel most of us want it to just be the best Travel Agent CRM. There a few, big issues still with Travel Joy. Unlike their competitors they do not have any real engagement with users, only the canned responses in this forum. So to me its no wonder why they are growing slow. While others are actively listening and even polling their users on which features they want. Because of this, I'm pretty certain that Tern will have the few features I want from them much sooner than Traveljoy will have those I need from them.
