Remove archived forms from email templates

I've noticed that some of my email templates still have archived forms attached to them. How do I remove archived forms from email templates? Do I have to delete the form itself?

  Hi Christine! This just means you had the email template selected to send whenever you send the forms listed at the bottom. The archived form template being listed at the bottom will not impact your ability to send the email template :)

  Thanks! However, will the email automatically include both forms once sent? Or does it remove the archived form, even though it still shows in the template?

  The email templates will not send with forms when sent by itself! You have to click the blue Create button to send a form, and you can only send one form at a time! The form you select to send will have the email template attached to it.
