How do we know what's been submitted as a system change, enhancement, or add-on?
How do we know if you're investigating the request, if it's on a priority list, or it's been scrapped completely?
How do we know what's going on with TravelJoy?
I ask because TravelJoy is an integral part of my workflow but if, for example a direct connection (webhook, etc) to an email marketing program is not in the immediate works, I will have to find another Workflow Mgmt System/Pseudo CRM/complete CRM solution.
