TravelJoy 101: Our webinar for new members
During TravelJoy 101, we cover all of the basics, from creating and managing trips to communicating with your clients using forms, proposals, and invoices. This webinar generally takes place on Wednesdays at 4:00 PM Eastern, and you can register at this link.
When registering, be sure to take note of the date, as the webinar is not offered some weeks due to holidays or team travel.
If you aren't able to attend live, we recommend signing up for the webinar to receive the recording as soon as the webinar ends.
If you would like to get started now, a recording of TravelJoy 101 can be viewed here.
Office Hours: Our live Q&A for on-demand demonstrations
During Office Hours, we answer live questions from members, demonstrating more advanced concepts on-screen to help attendees with their specific needs. Common topics may include adding custom profile fields, creating custom templates, modifying group booking pages, and more.
As questions change from week to week, there is no recorded version of these sessions, which generally take place on Thursdays at 4:00 PM Eastern. The sessions last up to thirty minutes, and you can register at this link.
TJ Tutorials: Our self-paced, video-based training series
The series of videos below has been created to be viewed in order, as concepts shared in one video are expanded upon in the next video. Each TJ Tutorial is around six to seven minutes long and focuses on a specific part of the platform.
If you've watched TravelJoy 101, you may wish to skip the first, third, and fourth videos, or you may wish to watch them as a refresher.

Have you been able to connect the task list with the itinerary builder - so you don't have to enter everything twice?
The YouTube videos are very outdated. Is there a plan to update the information or is this no longer a viable platform for video information?
