When you quote and sell Faye travel insurance through TravelJoy, those sales will be recorded under your host agency’s IATA (when applicable), ensuring streamlined sales tracking and commission collection.

How to connect your host agency when offering Faye travel insurance 

Setup is easy! To get started, head to your Agency info tab and select your host agency accordingly:

Once your host agency is selected and saved, all future Faye travel insurance sales will be processed using your host agency’s credentials. Earned commission will flow through your host agency's normal process with Faye at their negotiated rate, not through TravelJoy.

What if my host agency is supported but I want to continue offering Faye directly with TravelJoy? 

While connection to your host agency is not mandatory in order to offer Faye travel insurance through TravelJoy, please touch base with your host agency directly for further insight on how to best proceed. 

What if my agency partners with Faye but isn't listed under the currently supported agencies? 

Please reach out to us! We work closely with the team at Faye to support more host agency partnerships becoming available within this feature.

What if my agency does not partner with Faye and I'd like them to? 

We recommend having your host agency reach out to Faye directly to discuss becoming a preferred partner. 

I use a different insurance partner. Will TravelJoy offer partnership with other travel insurance providers?
