TravelJoy and Travelmation have partnered to offer a variety of benefits to Travelmation advisors. 

These benefits go live after the Travelmation webinar on July 13, 2026.

Three membership options

These 3 membership options are designed to give you new benefits and an account structure that aligns with how you actually run your business.

• Starter

  • Best for new-to-industry advisors, or those who just need the basics.
  • $12/month (37% savings, exclusive Travelmation pricing)
     

• Pro + Extended Copilot (Best Value!)

  • The full power of TravelJoy, including automation, groups, and AI.
  • Includes complimentary Extended Copilot usage (a $49 value) to help you build proposals and itineraries in minutes with the power of AI.
  • $25/month (72% savings)
     

• Team member on the Travelmation Centralized Account

  • Many of you have ended up on large team accounts today as you’ve been referring each other to join TravelJoy.
  • As TravelJoy continues investing in enhanced Team features, those accounts will increasingly be designed for advisors who truly work together as a business. Team owners will have additional administrative controls, visibility, and sharing capabilities that may not make sense for unrelated advisors.
  • Instead, we're creating a centralized Travelmation Team that you can join, where no other advisor at Travelmation will be the “owner” of your account.
  • This structure retains your $15/month team member price, but puts you into an account structure that will make more sense moving forward.

If you're already a TravelJoy member, adjusting your existing membership is easy! Nothing will change about your clients, trips, or any other account data. All that will change is your membership type.

Instructions for activating benefits

I'm new to TravelJoy

• I want a Starter or Pro membership

  1. Sign up for a free trial on TravelJoy.
  2. In Agency Settings:
     • Select Travelmation as your host agency (if it isn't already).

     • To verify your affiliation, enter your “travelmation.net” email address and click “Save”. You’ll then receive an email at that address to click and confirm.

       

  3. Once your email address has been verified, your exclusive Travelmation pricing will automatically be applied when you purchase your membership.
      

• I want to join the Travelmation Centralized Team

  1. Reach out to hello@traveljoy.com and request an invitation to join the Travelmation Team.
  2. Once you've accepted the invitation and added a payment method, your $15/month Team Member pricing will apply automatically.

I already pay for my own Starter or Pro membership

1. Go to Agency Settings.
2. Select Travelmation as your host agency (if it isn't already).

3. To verify your affiliation, enter your “travelmation.net” email address and click “Save”. You’ll then receive an email at that address to click and confirm.

   

4. Once your email address has been verified, your Travelmation pricing will automatically be applied to your existing membership.
   • Partnership pricing will apply starting with your next billing cycle. No refunds or prorated credits will be applied to your current billing cycle.

I'm currently a Team Member on someone else's Team

• I want my own Starter or Pro membership instead

  1. Ask your current Team Owner to remove you from their Team.
     1. Once you've been removed, you'll receive an email confirming you’ve been removed.
     2. Then, in your Agency Settings:
        • Select Travelmation as your host agency (if it isn't already).

        • To verify your affiliation, enter your “travelmation.net” email address and click “Save”. You’ll then receive an email at that address to click and confirm.

          

     3. Once your email address has been verified, purchase your Starter or Pro membership.
        • Your exclusive Travelmation pricing will automatically apply.

• I want to move to the Travelmation Centralized Team

  1. Verify with your team owner that they are working with TravelJoy to transfer you to the Centralized Team.
  2. Once you've been transferred, you'll continue paying $15/month as a Team Member.
     • If you were previously paying for your own membership:
       • There won't be any changes to your billing or subscription.  You'll continue paying $15/month as a Team Member.
     • If your team owner was previously paying for your membership:
       • You'll need to enter a payment method by visiting your membership settings (Settings -> Membership) and clicking on the team member card.  Once that's done, you'll continue paying $15/month as a Team Member.

I own a Team account

• If your Team consists of advisors who genuinely work together as a business:
  • You don't need to make any changes. Your Team can continue operating as it does today.
• If your Team consists of advisors who are unrelated and are not a true business “team”:
  • Travelmation leadership is asking those advisors to join the new Travelmation Centralized Team instead. 
  • This gives them the same $15/month pricing while moving them into an account structure that's designed specifically for independent Travelmation advisors.
  • Please email hello@traveljoy.com requesting that your team members be moved to the Central Team.
