The dashboard is like your air traffic control. It lets you see the status of all trips within your portfolio, know what trips are in what stage, sort by any factor, and take action.
Search for a client, invoice, trip, or group by name.
Click any trip stage to see all trips in that stage. This is particularly useful for batch action (e.g., following up on all sent proposals awaiting approval).
Use trip statuses to see trips that are waiting on you, waiting on a client, or waiting on a supplier.
You can also sort trips by
- Trip name
- Travel date
- Last updated
Archive trips that have been completed, canceled, or are otherwise not current and go back to view them here:

Regarding the Dashboard & Groups. It would be helpful to be able to add a master STAGE on the actual group screen. This would help me sort out group ideas vs groups being actively planned in the initial stages, before there are any bookings in the group.
Once there's a booking into that group, I want to be able to toggle off that master STAGE so that it reads each individual trip and displays in the correct category like it does now.
As it is, I have to go to ALL and scroll through every group in my system. I know I can search, but I prefer the list.
