These are your trip planning stages on the Dashboard:
You can edit the trip stages to match your workflow so you always know what trips are in what stage of planning. For example, let's add a status for "Hotels Booked" to your Dashboard so you can track when hotels are booked before considering the trip fully booked. You can add more custom phases, such as "Air Booked," as well.
Note: you can have a maximum of 12 trip stages.
1. Click the Dashboard settings button
2. Scroll down and click "Add stage"
3. Customize the stage name and description and drag and drop into the right order
4. Click "Save" and you'll see the new stage on your Dashboard

What am I missing as to how to access the Dashboard when I sign in and when I to the educational post
Hi Treva!
When you sign in, the dashboard is the first page you see automatically. You can also click "Dashboard" in the upper-left corner to get back to your dashboard at any time.Â
If you have any questions, click the blue support button at the bottom-right corner of TravelJoy to open a request!
It would be really helpful to have more than 12 Trip Stages to support every step of the trip. For example, in the proposal stage once my fee has been paid. I'd like to add additional buckets for Proposal: In Progress, Proposal: Awaiting Decision, Proposal: Approved. Also, a Ready to Travel. That would put me at 16 to match my workflow. Is there a reason why there's a limit? It seems like it wouldn't make a difference on the back end.Â
