You can choose when we send an automated payment reminder or any other type of automated task to your client, but if the message is being sent too early or too late, it could be an indicator that your time zone is not set correctly.
(For example, if you're on the East Coast and your messages are being sent three hours late, you may be set to Pacific time.)
To fix this, head to Settings -> Agency Info and change the setting at the top of the page, then click Save:
