There are two places where you may wish to update your email address in TravelJoy, and this guide covers both. You may choose to update only one option if you wish -- these two features work completely independently.
Update your account email address
This is the email address you use to sign into TravelJoy and the address where you will receive notifications about important updates such as client messages and received payments.
To update this email address, visit Settings -> Account and enter your new email address in the space provided, then click Save.
Moments later, you will receive an email at the updated address you've entered. You must click the confirmation link in that message in order to complete the change. Until this step is completed, the email address on your account will not be updated.
If you do not receive the email within one hour, reach out to our support team.
Update your outgoing email address
This is the email address clients see on the "From" line when you send them a message.
By default, it is messaging@traveljoy.com, but you can easily change it to your own email address as long as it is on your own custom domain (like JaneDoeTravelAgency.com) or a Gmail address.

If neither of the above options applies to you, your email address is not compatible with sending messages through TravelJoy. You can work around this by registering your own domain name for your agency, creating a free Gmail.com address, or keeping the default outgoing email address.
