Activate membership
1. Sign in to your account on traveljoy.com
2. Click "Settings" > "Membership"
3. If you have a promo code, click "Enter promo code"
4. Select your plan from the listed options
5. Click "Enter payment info" and enter your information
6. Click "Save"

View membership
To review your current membership, including pricing and renewal date, click Settings then Membership in the left-side menu while logged into your account.
On this page, you'll find all of your past membership invoices. As long as your membership is active, you can find your current billing cycle and most recent membership payment details by opening the most recent invoice on this page.

The enter promo code box did not pop up!! Only the select membership and credit card information box. I have a promo code that I would like to use
Hi Dorothy! This box will not pop up on its own, but rather will require you to click the blue link at the top-right corner of the page as seen in the first screenshot. Clicking this link will make the promo code box appear.

How do I switch back from monthly payments. My yearly membership is almost up and I’d like to go back to monthly.
