Attend our live webinars
TravelJoy 101
During TravelJoy 101, we cover all of the basics, from creating and managing trips to communicating with your clients using forms, proposals, and invoices. This webinar generally takes place on Wednesday afternoon, and you can register at this link.
When registering, be sure to take note of the date, as the webinar is not offered some weeks due to holidays or team travel.
After the session, you'll receive a link to rewatch at any time, regardless of whether you were able to attend.
TravelJoy Office Hours
During Office Hours, we answer live questions from members, demonstrating more advanced concepts on-screen to help attendees with their specific needs. Common topics may include adding custom profile fields, creating custom templates, modifying group booking pages, and more.
These sessions generally take place on Thursday afternoon and last up to thirty minutes. Like TravelJoy 101, you'll receive a link to rewatch the session at any time, regardless of whether you were able to attend. You can register at this link.
One-off live events
As new features and capabilities are released, we sometimes hold webinars dedicated to specific topics to take a deeper dive into how you can be successful with TravelJoy. These events aren't held on a particular schedule, so we recommend keeping an eye on the Announcements page in our Community Hub for more information.

Our video tutorials series is a great place to start for those who prefer a more audiovisual approach. While the tutorials do not cover every aspect of our platform just yet, we're working on new videos (and updating existing videos) all the time. Watch these videos in order for maximum effect.

Announcements
The "Announcements" section on our Community Hub can be thought of as a blog featuring our Joymaker team. Here, we'll share trends we're seeing amongst our members, changes to support availability, updates on known issues, and more. You can be alerted to new announcements automatically by clicking "Follow."

Ever need to ask a colleague a question about how they get the most out of TravelJoy? Maybe you found a slick new workaround that you'd like to share with other members. The Community Hub is the place for that! Both of these sections belong to our members.

Support at TravelJoy is primarily provided by our Joymaker team, and you can learn a little more about each of us on the Team page! Because we're such a small team, you might also hear from others, from our engineering and product teams to our founders. TravelJoy has a passion for support and we all pitch in to make sure our members always get the help you need.

- Chat: Use the blue "Chat" button at the bottom right of your TravelJoy dashboard to speak to a Joymaker live (Live chat is available Monday - Friday, 10 am - 6 pm Eastern excluding holidays and team travel dates)

- Webinars: Attend our next Office Hours to ask questions see your answers live on-screen
- Social media: We respond to all DMs from Facebook and Twitter alongside your email requests

Embed a form on your website
Embedding a contact or inquiry form on your website allows you to collect leads while you sleep. Each new submission will automatically filter into your TravelJoy dashboard. Learn more.
Create custom client profile fields
Client profiles contain a variety of information, but you might need to collect something more unique. Our client profiles are customizable, and you can add these custom fields to your forms so clients can fill in the blanks automatically. Learn more.
Agency owner? Invite your team
TravelJoy offers team membership options including shared templates, owner-controlled permissions, and agency-wide reporting. Team membership is available to verifiable employees and independent contractors of your agency. Learn more.
Refer colleagues for credits
