For the security of your account and your clients' information, TravelJoy requires that your password be changed every ninety (90) days. Each new password must meet the following requirements:
- Contains at least seven characters
- Contains at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number
- Contains at least one special character (such as a punctuation mark)
- Does not match any of your last four passwords
TravelJoy recommends using a long, complex password to keep your account safe and secure. To simplify the process of storing and remembering complex passwords, consider using a service such as 1Password, LastPass, or Dashlane to keep track of your passwords and help you log into secure sites more quickly.

This continues to frequently happen and it's so annoying for our team. Just another reason why most of us in the group travel industry are about to leave travel joy. It was a big topic at the annual Save the Date event.
