Understanding status indicators for messages and forms

In TravelJoy, we use Status Indicators to show you what messages have been opened and viewed by your clients! 

If a client opens your email, you'll see the blue "OPENED" status indicator:

If a client views (i.e., clicks on) your form, you'll see the green "VIEWED" status indicator:

What if I copy (Cc) myself on an email to a client and open the email in my mail–will it show "OPENED?" Yes. We track whether anyone has seen the message. If you Cc yourself, your actions will affect the status indicators.
