Once your client completes a form you sent them in TravelJoy, you can elect to send them an email immediately after they submit the form!
You may wish to create a custom confirmation email template that relates to specific forms. For example, if some of your clients primarily speak Spanish, you might create a confirmation email template named "Client Inquiry Confirmation (Spanish)" and attach it to any form that you send to those clients.
To get started, visit Templates -> Email and create an email template. If you don't know how, visit this guide for instructions. Below is an example of the confirmation email template mentioned above:
Next, head to the form template that you would like to assign this confirmation email template to, and select it from this dropdown box:
Once your client has submitted this form, they will receive the confirmation email template selected as pictured below:

How long does it typically take for the email to automatically send out? I've had several clients not receive it as well as myself as a test run.
Hi Tiona! The email should be sent instantly after they submit a form. If you are not seeing this, please write into us at hello@traveljoy.com or use the blue chat button in the bottom right corner of your TravelJoy account to provide an example trip where the email was not sent. We'd be happy to investigate further!
