Once your client completes a form you sent them in TravelJoy, you can elect to send them an email immediately after they submit the form!
You may wish to create a custom confirmation email template that relates to specific forms. For example, if some of your clients primarily speak Spanish, you might create a confirmation email template named "Client Inquiry Confirmation (Spanish)" and attach it to any form that you send to those clients.
To get started, visit Templates -> Email and create an email template. If you don't know how, visit this guide for instructions. Below is an example of the confirmation email template mentioned above:
Next, head to the form template that you would like to assign this confirmation email template to, and select it from this dropdown box:
Once your client has submitted this form, they will receive the confirmation email template selected as pictured below:
