Every trip on your TravelJoy dashboard contains an ongoing conversation between the travel professional and their clients. This conversation can be viewed by each traveler who is participating in the trip, provided that they have received at least one email message related to the trip.
The traveler's view of the message feed can be accessed in a few ways, depending upon the type of email they have received.
For emails containing a link to a form or invoice
This type of email message will contain a button which links to the form or invoice, which the client will need to click to open in their browser:
Once loaded, the client will find the name of their trip at the very top-left corner of this page. They can click the name of their trip to load the trip's message feed:
For emails containing a link to a proposal
This type of email message will also contain a button which links to the proposal, which the cilent will need to click to open in their browser:
Once loaded, the client will find an "Ask a question" button at the top-right corner of the page. They can click this button to load the trip's message feed:
For all other emails
If the message does not contain a link to a form, invoice, or proposal, the trip message feed can be accessed by clicking the Reply button shown in the message:
