Note: If you’d like to use the “Send All” feature, you will first need to connect your Google Mail or custom domain email address. For steps on getting this set up, you can see this guide.
By default, sending a message from a trip's Messages tab will only send it to the primary traveler. However, you do have other options! Check out the guides below for more specific instructions:
- Send a trip message to someone other than the primary traveler
- Send a trip message to multiple travelers at once (using CC)
- Automatically copy all travelers on a trip when sending a trip message
To send a message only to the primary traveler, open the trip by clicking the trip name on your dashboard (or by searching for the trip name in the search bar).
When the trip loads, you will be taken directly to the Messages tab, where you can send your message. To get started, click inside the white box that says "Type your message here," as seen below:
Next, type your message:
...or choose an email template from the list:
Note: You cannot send forms, proposals, or invoices from this box, even if you choose an email template which mentions it. You must use the blue Create button for this. Click here to learn more.
Finally, add any attachments by clicking the paperclip, and then click "Send."
Need to unsend a message? You can cancel an email up to 10 seconds after clicking the "Send" button. Look for the green "undo" button in the bottom left of your screen:
