By default, sending a message from a trip's Messages tab will only send it to the primary traveler. If you prefer to automatically copy all travelers, you can enable this option on specific trips and across all trips within a specific group.

Copy travelers in a specific trip

If you prefer to automatically copy all of the travelers on a particular trip, open the trip from your dashboard and click the "Edit Travelers" box above the traveler list.

Select "CC additional travelers on trip emails by default" and click Save.

Copy travelers in each trip within a group

If you prefer to automatically copy all of the travelers on each trip across an entire group, you can enable this setting at the group level.

First, open the group from your dashboard, then click the three-dot action button at the top-right corner of the group and choose "Edit group."

Next, check the box to "CC all travelers in all trips" and click Save.

Use the "Reply All" button

If you would like to automatically include all travelers in a specific message thread into a new message without having to manually add each person, you can click on the "Reply All" button at the bottom of the message.
