How do I single-space paragraphs or lists when typing a message?

TravelJoy's built-in text editor has a variety of features to help you compose quick and elegant messages to your clients. Like many modern word processing apps, hitting the Enter key will create a new paragraph with a one-line blank space in between.

Double-spacing is designed to enhance message readability. The NEA notes that "(m)arking paragraphs with...extra space identifies a group of sentences as belonging together. It reduces confusion when the last line of the preceding paragraph happens to come close to the end of the line."

If you would like to single-space part of your message that is not part of a list, you can hold the SHIFT key while pressing Enter.

If you are attempting to create a list, you can use the built-in Numbered List and Bulleted List features by clicking these buttons in the editing toolbar. These lists are single-spaced by default:
