In rare cases, a security setting with your web host may be incompatible with TravelJoy's email settings, causing your client to see an error when they click links in your messages. The error may say "Your connection is not private" or "ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID."
While we automatically check to ensure your domain is compatible with our settings, sometimes a domain registrar will update this setting unexpectedly. If you or your clients encounter this error, let our support team know and we will make the necessary changes to your settings.
This is a one-time change, and once these settings have been updated, you will need to resend any impacted messages to your clients.
