To get started, create a new form template from the form templates tab within your account or open an already created form template:

Once your form template is open, there are two options:

Once your form is uploaded, we'll provide you with a small summary of what fields were captured and created. You can then make any adjustments or changes needed to the created form:

What types of form examples can be imported?

You can upload a URL, PDF, or even a screenshot of the form you would like to recreate. Magic importer will take it from there and build the form for you in just seconds.

If my form includes a credit card authorization, will that import as well?

Yes. If Magic importer detects a credit card authorization section in your form, it will automatically add a secure credit card authorization field to your new form.

Will displayed terms and conditions also be imported?

Not at this time. Terms & conditions will still need to be added to the form if you'd like to utilize them.

I have form fields that should save to the client’s profile. Do I need to set that up after importing?

In most cases, no. Magic Importer recognizes commonly used client profile fields and will automatically map those fields so the information saves to the client’s profile when the form is completed.
