It is now easier than ever to complete forms for multiple travelers! Whether you utilize individual trips or groups, you and your clients can choose who to complete the form for. They can update existing information or fill out a form for someone new.
Form Settings
If you are sending a form to a single traveler, you can request that they complete the form for all travelers! When enabled, the primary traveler must fill out all required fields for all travelers on the trip. When selected, you can choose a secondary form to collect additional traveler’s information. Leave this off if you plan to email the form to all travelers:
💡Note: The form for other travelers may include a traveler's contact information but doesn't require their travel preferences, like destination or activities, which only needs to be submitted by the primary traveler. |

When the multi-traveler form option is turned on, the primary traveler will see the names of all travelers that must be completed at the top of the form. They will also be able to add a new traveler to the trip directly from the form:
Individual trip forms
If the trip has only one traveler, additional travelers can be added by selecting New Traveler from the drop-down menu:
If the form is sent to all travelers and the multi-traveler option is off, a list of current travelers will appear in the drop-down menu for selection. The traveler has the option to complete the forms for additional or new travelers, but this is not mandatory:
Upon form submission, a new traveler can be added by clicking the Add traveler button on the confirmation page:
Group forms
At the group level, agents can either send the form to every traveler on every trip by sending a group form, or choose which travelers to send the form to. Once received, the traveler will be able to complete their form and add a new traveler to the trip if necessary:
Embedded forms
The confirmation screen on embedded forms does not have an Add traveler button and will need to be completed as separate forms:

I am getting an error that passport photos are not supported for additional travelers. What happens when a parent wants to securely add the passport photo for their children? How do I collect that information?  I used to be able to do that with the previous set up. Â

Does this box have to be checked every time, or is there a way to default it to automatically allow it to be filled out for others?
Cheyenne Schriefer Thanks for reaching out about this! This box will need to be checked each time you wish to have a client fill out forms for multiple travelers- there is not yet a way to have this be automatic so you'll just want to make sure this is selected before sending.Â
