Creating custom confirmation templates
You may wish to create a custom confirmation template for a specific purpose. For example, if some of your clients primarily speak Spanish, you might create a template named "Invoice Confirmation (Spanish)" and attach it to any invoice that you send to those clients.
To get started, visit Templates -> Confirmation and click on the existing template in the list or click on "Add Template" to create one from scratch:
Next, give your template a name and enter the relevant information. Note that you can include links, images, and other formatting in the page:
You can also use the placeholders mentioned on the page, below the text box. In the example above, we've used CLIENT_PREFERRED_NAME, which gives us the following result if the client's name is Mandy:
