Frequently Asked Questions
What files types can we upload for conversion?
Great question! You can use .pdf, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .pdf, and .webp to convert to items in TravelJoy.
Why did some of my information not get imported?Â
Our AI may not always capture everything perfectly, especially if your document contains multiple item types (e.g., flights, hotels, activities or cruises together). It works best when importing one item type at a time. For the most accurate results, try using separate documents for each item type to ensure all details are captured correctly.
What's the best way to let you know that a document didn't import correctly?
The best way to let us know a document didn’t import correctly is by using the thumbs up/thumbs down pop-up that appears after the import. Your feedback helps our AI learn and improve, ensuring better results down the line.Â
Can I use this to import reservations or transfers?
Currently, the import feature supports flights, hotels, activities and cruises. However, we're actively working on expanding it to include more item types in the future.
