Clients can view, compare, and select cruises - right from their Smart proposal! Streamline your workflow and your client's experience with one easy tool.
How it works
Starting from a Smart proposal, locate the "Add options" button under the proposal title card. Once clicked, choose "Cruise comparison":
Once the cruise comparison section opens within the proposal, you can search and add cruises for your clients to compare by selecting "create a new one" or by adding a cruise item using the blue plus sign in the top right:
|  💡 Already added a cruise to your proposal? Not a problem! You can drag your cruise item directly into an option box. |
You can then use the TravelJoy cruise library to search for the cruise you'd like to add:
Repeat this process for each individual cruise option you'd like your client to choose from!Â
What your client sees
When your client opens their proposal, they'll see all cruise comparisons, side by side. They'll also be prompted to pick which cruise option they'd like to proceed with:Â
Once your client has made their selection and approved their proposal, you'll see the confirmation of their selection right from their trip:

Need your client to select which stateroom they'd like within their cruise option?Â
Click on the cruise item within the proposal. On the right side of your screen, scroll until you see the stateroom section and edit which staterooms you'd like to offer:
Once added, you can add even more stateroom details for your client's to review:
When your client views the proposal, they'll be prompted to select which cruise they're interested in and which stateroom they'd like:
Pro tip #2: Add advisor notes
Advisor notes help add a personal touch and display right within the cruise comparison section.Â
You can add advisor notes when editing the cruise item:
Your client will see these notes when viewing the proposal:

This is awesome! Having tested the feature over the last few minutes, am I correct that the client only sees the cost on the second page once they have selected an option? I've tried a couple of different cruise lines, but was unsure if pricing only shows for those connected to TJ.
