TravelJoy offers two great options for importing your client list: Instant and Custom.
In short, an instant import uses our own template, allowing you to copy and paste information under the appropriate headers, then upload that document back to us so that your clients are available to you instantly.
A custom import takes the spreadsheet or CSV you already have and sends it to our team for manual importing. Since we're manually handling these imports for you, they can take up to a week to be processed.
Get started by going to your Clients page and clicking Add Client -> Client Import, then follow the instructions below depending on your preference.
Instant Import
First, click "Download" to download our client list template:
Next, open this document, take note of the column headers describing which information should be added to each column, and add that information accordingly:
Once your client information is added and the template is saved, head back to the Instant Import screen and click Upload, then drag your saved template file into the box provided. Your client list will be imported and available to view instantly.
Custom Import
First, switch from Instant to Custom by clicking the "Custom" tab. From there, drag your CSV or Excel file into the box provided:
That's it! We'll do the rest for you. This process can take up to a week, and you'll be notified when the import is complete.

will not let me upload my client after i have type them in excel to .its say to drag and drop but it will not let me do first time doing this im a beginer so im learning

when i custome import it says no rows found
I copied and pasted each of mine from my back office..
