When a client submits something back to you, they will see a confirmation page to confirm that they have successfully completed the action. You may hear the client refer to this as a "Thank you" page because the heading thanks them by default:
TravelJoy offers three simple default templates for these actions and allows you to create an unlimited number of custom templates to use in specific situations.
When clients will see confirmation pages
Clients see these pages after they take specific actions:
- Submitting a form
- Approving a proposal
- Making a payment or authorization on an invoice or group booking page
Choosing default confirmation templates
When you visit Templates -> Confirmation for the first time, you will find "Default settings" at the top of the page. This is where you can choose which confirmation templates will show by default, based on the client's action. The first time you visit, you will notice that our three simple templates mentioned above have already been assigned to the three actions in the "Default settings" section.
To choose another template as the default option for a specific action, select it from the list and click "Save."
