By default, TravelJoy includes three basic Terms & Conditions templates, each with a specific purpose:
- Agreement Terms & Conditions (default) is used with the Travel Services Agreement (default) form template
- Invoice (Direct) Terms & Conditions (default) is used on direct invoices
- Invoice (Supplier) / Credit Card Auth Terms & Conditions (default) is used on supplier invoices and the Credit Card Authorization (default) form template
While it is not possible to choose a new default set of terms and conditions for direct invoices or supplier invoices, you can edit these default templates directly to achieve the same effect.
To do so, visit Templates -> Terms & Conditions and find the three default templates, then follow the steps in this guide to edit these templates to reflect your agency's terms.
💡Note: When updating these templates, it is recommended to leave the default text of these templates intact and add your own terms below instead of replacing these terms entirely. This is because these default terms include basic payment-related protections for your agency. |
