1. Click Templates -> Signatures in the left-side menu
2. Click Signature (default)
3. Add your sign-off and signature block, including agency, contact info, website, logo, etc. There are two ways to do this:
- Type it in and use the TravelJoy format tools
- Drag or choose an image(s)
4. Insert text links using the hyperlink button at the top right of the format tools, to the left of the image button
💡 Note: you can add more than one image file for signature block and logo. Advanced users: If you'd like to edit the HTML code of your signature for more control, click the rightmost button on the TravelJoy format tools bar to access the code! |

Is there only one signature possible?
That is correct -- each account has one signature which can be updated at any time.
If I add an assistant and/or team member to my account, would she be able to have her own email signature? Thanks
Hi David!
A team member account would be able to have their own email signature, but an assistant account would not as they are working through your account.
Is it possible to add the feature of having multiple email signatures? I see the dropbox when choosing a signature, but I can't add additional signatures yet.
I would also like to have the ability to have more than one signature, especially for our groups as the message is different than individual bookings.
