If a client pays by cash, check, or any other method outside of TravelJoy, you can still track this payment on your TravelJoy invoice.
To get started, open the invoice from the Files tab of the trip and scroll down to the payment schedule, then click on the money bag icon for that payment.
On the next screen, choose whether to send the client a receipt and then click "Mark as paid."
The status of the payment will now reflect as "Paid" in the payment schedule:

This is most helpful, although it would be great if we could add bulk payments to our contacts as well. Is this a feature you are thinking about adding?
Hi Concierge Team! We do have the ability to add bulk payments to invoices, and hope to add this capability to group booking pages and smart proposals in a future update as well. These are the three methods that can be used to collect payments from clients currently.
