Overview
TravelJoy provides a secure and easy way to send credit card details to suppliers to process client payments without phone calls or physical documents. Collect your client's card details and signed authorization by sending a supplier invoice.
Once you receive authorization, send the credit card details to your supplier through the invoice. Suppliers receive simple instructions to log in and view payment details.
The supplier does not need a TravelJoy membership -- they'll receive simple instructions to log in and view the payment details.
Collect details from the client
First, you'll need to collect your client's card details and signed authorization by sending a supplier invoice to the client. Once you receive a notification that the client has authorized their payment, it's ready to send.
Send details to your supplier
Next, open up the invoice that has the authorized payment, scroll down to the Payment Schedule, and click the "Share CC details" icon:
Type in the email of the Supplier contact. If they have not been added yet, click "Email a new supplier contact" and enter in their information:
To help the supplier apply the payment correctly, add a note to the Message box (like the confirmation number or tour name), and click "Send".

How can we add child price when building the page? We noticed its only gives options for single, double and etc. occupancy
Hi Kristina Johnson! Currently, there is not an option for child pricing on the packages section. This is a great feature request! A current workaround agents use is they add Child Pricing under the Option section of the Group Booking page.
Because we aren't able to take feature requests on our forum, you are welcome to email us about your feature request to hello@traveljoy.com or reach out to us via the blue Support button in TravelJoy! :)
Where do we get the supplier contact information? Example, if I am booking through VAX, specifically with Apple Vacations, where do I find the proper contact?
Is this only available for invoices in USD? I don't see this option for Euros
Hi Mollie! You are correct, this is only available for USD at this time.
