Tasks are individual "to-do" items that, among other things, remind you to send specific emails and forms to your clients at the ideal time. Even better, you can set them up to be automatically sent as well.
A task list template is a prebuilt collection of these tasks that can be imported into any trip or group in three clicks, enabling you to streamline and automate your workflow so you'll never miss an important milestone or message.
To build your first task list template, visit Templates -> Task Lists on the left-side menu and then click the "Add Template" button at the top-right:
Next, give your template a descriptive name:
Add your first task (up to 30 tasks per list):
Click on the task to edit the details, such as private notes and the relative due date of the task. If applicable, choose which email or form should be sent when the task is due. Note that a relative due date can be based on the trip's start date, the trip's end date, or the day that you import this task list into your trip:
If you'd like to automatically send the email or form to your client on the due date, click on the "Automation" tab and choose your settings:

Repeat the process for each task you'd like to add to this template, and then click "Save" on the task list.
