💡 Note: This will apply to every trip you create in TravelJoy after setting up the feature, but will not apply to trips you've already created. Also, the task list will only be imported for trips created with start and end dates. |
If you have a list of tasks that apply to every trip you create in TravelJoy, it may be helpful to automate this process using a built-in task list template. This can help with sending automated emails and forms to the client and reminders to yourself.
Step 1: Build your task list template
First, you'll want to build a task list template that contains all of the tasks you'd like to automatically import to your trips. You can learn how to build your task list template in this guide.
Step 2: Add your template to your automation settings
Once you've built the template, visit Settings -> Automation and scroll to the section titled "Automatically add tasks to new trips," then choose your template from the dropdown list:
Once you've chosen your task list, click "Save." Every trip created after this change will automatically have this task list imported.
