2. Import your task list
For each Disney trip you work on, import your task list into that trip to set up your workflow.
1. Open a trip
2. Click on the "Tasks" tab within the trip
3. Click "Import"
4. Choose your task list template and click "Import"
5. Your task list will appear in the trip task list, in your "Tasks" tab, and on your calendar. You can also add ad-hoc tasks to just this trip by clicking "Add Task."
