You can send a profile update form -- or any other form -- to multiple travelers at once!
Send a Client Profile Update form from within a trip and a client can fill out the form for themselves, another traveler, or a new client. For example, a head of household can fill out a profile update for each person in their family traveling on the trip.
1. Open the trip for the clients to whom you want to send the Client Profile Update request
2. Click "Create" -> "Form"
3. Select "Client Profile Update"
4. Click "Next: Review Email"
5. Click "Send" or "Send 1 of [N]"
6. Your client will see a drop-down menu to choose the client for which they are updating information
7. After the client submits the first Client Profile Update, they can click "+ Add Traveler"
8. The client can choose a client from the drop-down menu or choose "New traveler"
Note: If sent from the Client Profile as in the image below, the update will be unique to that client and can only be sent individually.
