Invoice a client for a hotel with balance due on arrival

When a supplier will require payment upon arrival, it may be helpful to reflect this on an invoice.

We suggest adding a new invoice item with a price of $0.00 and noting the balance due in the description, as seen here: 

On the client's invoice, the result will look like this:
