To keep your reporting clean and your tasks up-to-date, TravelJoy expires invoices automatically once they've gone thirty days past due. This helps wipe out any abandoned invoices and simplify your TravelJoy experience.
If any payment goes thirty days past due, the client will no longer be able to access and pay the invoice until it is un-expired. You can quickly un-expire an invoice by opening the trip's Files tab, clicking the three dots at the top-right corner of the expired invoice, and clicking "Un-expire" as seen here:
You can update the setting to auto-expire invoices by going to Settings -> Invoice and updating the setting below:
