You can quickly resend a message in TravelJoy by locating the message you'd like to resend, clicking the three dots at the bottom-right corner of the message, and choosing the "Edit and resend message..." option:
Upon doing so, the message will open at the top of the message feed and allow you make any changes needed.
Once you've completed your editing, just click "Send".

Where does it show that you resent it, once you do?
Hi Sonja Saponara thank you for your question! At this time, there is not a feature available for viewing this type of email data, however, I think this would be a great option to have and I'll be happy to share this with the team!Â

when the message resends, does it create a new email on the clients end with the updated time/date? or is it a forwarded email?
Suggestion: Sent a message but adding this here since it is about this. Â When you add an attachment to the original message and you want to edit and resend the message. For instance: the cruise line confirmation was attached but then they added the hotel. Â So, I wanted to resend the message with the update final payment amount and the new cruise attachment. Â There wasn't a way to remove the old attachment that I saw. Â
