Overview

The Business overview report provides a bird’s-eye view of your account data, including total sales, total commissions, total trips, total trips booked, top clients, and top suppliers. It’s designed to help you quickly assess your business performance and is especially useful for identifying high-value clients and suppliers and evaluating your most successful booking patterns.

Accessing your Business overview report

To view your Business overview report, navigate to the Reports tab in the left hand menu and select “Overview” from the options that appear:

Where is this information sourced from? 

Data for this report is pulled directly from your Commissions & sales report. To view the reporting associated with your data, click "View more" in the bottom left corner of each section:

How often is the data on the report refreshed? 

This data is live, so you can be sure the details shown in this report are up-to-date. 

What date range is the data in this report from? 

At this time, this report shows data based on year-to-date information. 

Does "Total commissions" show commission before or after my indicated commission split? 

The "Total commissions" graph shows the full expected commission amount. If you have a commission split in place on your team tab or noted in your invoice item's commission tab, this split will not be taken into consideration in this data. 

What is the difference between "Total trips" and "Total trips booked"? 

"Total trips" refers to the total amount of trips within your TravelJoy account, whereas "Total trips booked" shows trips with "Booking dates" entered on the commissions tab of invoice items (Learn more here).
