Commissions & Sales reports can be found on the Reports -> Commissions & Sales page. While the report will default to show reporting in your USD invoices, you can access a version of this report tailored to each currency you’ve invoiced for in TravelJoy.
There are 4 reporting level tabs:
Summary
- See your key metrics: Total Sales and Expected/Collected/Past Due Commissions
- Default Trip Summary section shows Year-To-Date numbers
- Other date range options and custom date ranges are available at the top right
- Under Monthly Reports, view the same data for previous months at a glance
Details
- View and edit specific invoice items directly from this report
- View and edit commissions details directly from this report
- Sort by booking date, trip start date, commission expected/collected dates
- Filter by month, year, or any custom date range
- To edit any field, click the blue pencil icon, add your changes, and click Save
- NOTE: To effectively use this report, all trips must include a Booking Date
Payments
- Track upcoming payments and review recent payments
- View and edit specific payments directly from this report
- Sort by payment status, due date, paid date, authorized date and more
- Filter by month, year, or any custom date range
- To edit any field, click the blue pencil icon, add your changes, and click Save
Suppliers
- View and track expected, collected, and past-due commissions by supplier
- Edit and combine suppliers by clicking the blue pencil icon to the left of the supplier name
- Sort by booking date, trip start date, and expected, collected, and past due commissions date
- Filter by month, year, or any custom date range
Changing the currency:
To view the report in another currency you have invoiced for in TravelJoy, use the filter in the top right corner of the report.
This will update the report to show only the selected currency, and will apply to all of the tabs within the report.
Note: You will only see this dropdown option if you have a paid or authorized invoice with a non-USD currency in the past.

Is it possible to make the commission entered box only active for the Agency Admin to change? If a travel agent adjusts the commission collected amount, that could create an accounting nightmare.
Hi Ashley, thank you for your request! While it is not currently possible to set this restriction, I understand your perspective. I'll be sure to share your suggestion with the team for future consideration.

Yes I would also want this option.
When I change the currency and it shows "past Due" in something other than USD, when I click on the hyperlink to see the detail (which Commission it is that is past due) it doesn't show it. Please advise. Thank you!
